Join us at the Local Government Strategy Forum
The Local Government Strategy Forum is a great chance to connect with other authorities, and suppliers, to share views on transformation and innovation across local authorities of all sizes.
This autumn’s Local Gov Strategy Forum is coming up soon, at Carden Park in Cheshire on October 2nd and 3rd, and my colleagues and I are looking forward to getting stuck in to some great conversations again.
The May forum was our first time attending, and we found it an excellent opportunity to explore current and future challenges, and to really understand what potential customers are looking for from suppliers.
Some of the themes we enjoyed talking about were:
- breaking down data and organisational silos to improve outcomes
- transforming culture, organisational structures and technology
- the implications of emerging technologies including AI for staff and the public.
We’re really looking forward to the next event, and are speaking during the morning sessions on Tuesday 2nd October alongside Michelle Leith from Shropshire Council. And through the day we’re looking forward to some great conversations.
