Copperberg’s Field Service Summit: ‘Combining a service culture with a customer-centric leadership’ is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the current trends transforming Field Service. Taking place at The Slate, Warwick Conference Centre, Coventry on Wednesday 11 April, the programme is packed with engaging speakers and idea blitz roundtables.

The Field Service Summit will dive into the main 2018 enterprise trends.

It’s set to be an insightful event, delving into 2018 enterprise trends and how these are set to go back to basics, focusing on finding the voice of the customer and boosting financial performance. It will also assist with the underlying challenge for service departments — creating a linear strategy that merges customer experience and digital transformation.

We’ll be there, and what’s more, our very own Martin Green will be taking part in an exciting idea blitz. This will focus on the latest advancements in Mobile Data Capture. In the roundtable, Martin will explore how maximising on-site data capture can drive ever-better operating efficiencies, and even save lives. He’ll give examples of our work with Essex County Fire & Rescue Service — an organisation for which Microsoft Dynamics 365 made a huge difference.
