We’re delighted to share a new video case study about our partnership with Essex County Fire and Rescue Service. Hitachi Solutions implemented Microsoft Dynamics’ cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, to help Essex County Fire and Rescue Service effectively and intelligently target resources, respond to emergencies and work using mobile devices.

With over one million households in the county of Essex, and over 10,000 home safety visits to perform every year, improving the safety of residents is the organisation’s priority.
